By submitting photographs, information, testimonials, or by purchasing any of the Personal to POWERFUL Workbooks, 90-Day Essential Weight Loss Workbook, program materials, handouts, or enrolling in any related classes, events, or programs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.

You grant Bloom Free, Inc., NFP, Bloom Body Systems, LLC, the 90-Day Essential Weight Loss Program, and Dr. Terri A. Simmons permission to take, use, and publish photographs or content you submit for promotional and advertising purposes. Your images may be used digitally or in print. You understand that you will not receive financial compensation for submitted or captured content used for promotional purposes.

Please note: We will never sell, barter, or share your image or information beyond the scope of this agreement.

Health & Wellness Responsibility

Participation in any program or course—including the Personal to POWERFUL Workbook Series, 90-Day Essential Weight Loss Program, or any wellness event—requires that you assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

You agree to:

Consult with your physician before beginning any fitness or nutritional plan.
Release Bloom Free, Inc., Bloom Body Systems, LLC, Dr. Terri A. Simmons, and any affiliates from liability related to physical injury, illness, allergic reactions, or complications resulting from any activities, supplements, exercises, or dietary plans suggested during programs or events.
Acknowledge that the content and materials provided are for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, therapeutic, or psychological advice.

Payments & Refunds

All purchases—including any and all workbooks, courses, classes, or products—are final and are non-refundable once services have been rendered. No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the program’s official start date.

To ensure timely access to materials and any included welcome items, all course and event fees must be paid in full, or on an active payment plan, at least 24 hours before the session begins. Late payments may result in delayed or forfeited access to materials or bonuses.

Any awarded or gifted program(s), course(s), or session(s) are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

General Use & Limitation of Liability

Participation in programs hosted by Bloom Free, Inc., Bloom Body Systems, LLC, or Dr. Terri A. Simmons is entirely voluntary. You agree to hold harmless all affiliated entities, facilities, and professionals from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.

All classes, workshops, events, courses and forums are designed for educational, inspirational, and informational purposes only.
