Women In Power 101: white X racialized is an 9-week leadership program that provides white and racialized women an opportunity to engage in healthy discussions, intentional discourse, and share lived experiences. We operate at the intersection of lived experience and knowledge and together tackle issues related to race, gender, and patriarchy at the workplace. 

We create experiences for you to interrogate your own narratives and hear diverse perspectives. We help create brave spaces for tough discussions that require inner work, facilitate your self-authored inclusive leadership, and resource you to create an allyship practice. 

Women In Power is a sacred space where we recognize, honour, and respect each other. It is a space to be curious, to be open to new ideas, to engage respectfully. It is not a space for micro-aggression or prejudice. We respectfully ask you to check it before you join the program.

At the end of 9-weeks, we are confident you will have resources, practices and stories that will make your new narrative much richer. You will experience growth.
