Thank you for your interest! We look forward to dancing with you!

Please read the following details and fill out the form below.

In order to protect the health of our dancers, callers, and musicians, we have put in place several policies that must be followed, until further notice.

Attendees of our events must:
- Pre-register (what you are doing right now!)
- Not be experiencing key Covid-19 symptoms
- Wear an appropriate mask (at all times when indoors)
- Fully vaccinated, with booster
- Have signed general and Covid-19 waivers
- Agree to contact tracing policy

AT THE DOOR you will be asked to show proof of vaccination+booster and sign the two waivers here: https://www.caldancecoop.org/resources/waivers/.

We thank you very much for your cooperation with these restrictions. We love our dance friends, but the safety and health of all our attendees is most important, so these requirements will be strictly enforced.
