Please tell us a bit more about the co-located event you would like to host alongside KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2021 on Monday, October 11 or Tuesday, October 12!  If you intend on hosting multiple events, please submit a response for each event request; a single submission for multiple events will not be accepted.

NOTE: Co-located event packages are solely available to confirmed level sponsors of KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2021. Requests received from companies not sponsoring the larger event will not be considered.

Packages have been updated for North America 2021, so please be sure to read the prospectus and Co-Located Event Best Practices + Event Guide thoroughly, as we will not be able to accommodate changes to the event type/package once a contract is signed.

For 2021, we are offering three on-site, in-person packages. Due to limited space, custom packages will not be available in the conference venue. You are welcome to find a different venue and request cross-promotion of your event for a flat fee of $6,000 (see Package D in the above prospectus).

Packages for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2021 are:

Package A - Classroom seating up to 50 attendees - $29,000
Package B - Classroom seating up to 100 attendees - $33,700
Package C - Classroom seating up to 200 attendees - $40,500
Package D - Promotion of an event at an offsite venue/virtual platform - $6,000

On-site (In-Person) Packages A - C include:

- Meeting space in classroom setup (configuration required to remain as such for duration of event)
- Venue access times: Walk-through/set-up day before event (either Sunday, October 10 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM OR Monday, October 11 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM + meeting space from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (open to organizer for set up at 8:00 AM) on Monday, October 11 OR Tuesday, October 12
- Access to Conference Wi-Fi
- Power for presenter at podium
- Audio Visual (AV) Services: (1) projector, (1) screen, (1) wireless presentation advancer, basic audio, (2) microphones
- In-room AV technician for the duration of your event
- Meeting room + wayfinding signage
- Contact information of registered attendees (including first name, last name, company, title, country, dietary restrictions, and email address)
- (1) Session scanner for managing on-site check-in
- (1) Standard in-person KubeCon + CloudNativeCon pass for presenter
- All-day water/coffee/tea service
- On-site event support
- Marketing and promotion
- Featured placement on KubeCon + CloudNativeCon website, registration form, schedule
- Managed event registration and fee collection (less 2.9% credit card processing fees)
- (1) Registration table and (2) chairs outside of your room for attendee check-in

Additional items may be ordered and paid for directly through our vendors:
- Additional AV: Additional screens, monitors, microphones, session video recording, stage furniture, etc.
- Additional internet: Dedicated hardline internet
- Catering: Lunch and break options available
- Power: Individual sockets to classroom tables or a charging station in the rear of room
- Session recording: Have your event recorded and video edited by a team of professionals!
- Session streaming*: Have your session live streamed to a platform of your choice by a team of professionals!
  *Sponsors are responsible for securing and managing their own platform.

NOTE: An invite for Expo Genie will be sent to your main contact once your contract is signed and will include information and pricing for add-on items.

Off-site Package D (Cross-Promotion MPO) includes:

- Marketing + promotion
- Featured placement on KubeCon + CloudNativeCon website, registration form, and schedule
- (Optional) Managed event registration + fee collection (less 2.9% credit card processing fees)
NOTE: Sponsors are responsible for securing their own platform/venue and planning their respective events.

Please complete the below request form for all event requests (including package D). Priority will be given to diamond and then platinum sponsors for the first week, ending Tuesday, July 6 at 11:59 PM PDT. Space allocation will then follow in the order requests are received. Diamond + platinum sponsor contracts will be sent out the week of July 5. All other contracts will be sent out starting the week of July 12. NOTE: Completion of this form does not guarantee contracted space; space is contracted on a first-come, first-served basis.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
- Deadline to submit a request for off-site cross-promotion MPO (Package D): Thursday, July 29 at 11:59 PM PDT.
- Deadline to submit a request for on-site co-located event (Packages A-C): Tuesday, August 5, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT. Late requests will not be accepted.
- Package A - C contracts must be executed within 10 business days of receipt. Once the 10 business day deadline has passed, space will be released to the next sponsor in line.
- Optimal "Promotion" Window Deadline (Soft): Monday, August 30, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT
- Final Deadline to Submit Event Information for Posting: Monday, September 13, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT
