All teams are required to have a nominated badged referee plus a badged referee/player from within the team to fulfil referee duties if nominated referee is unavailable.
This online form is to collect;
1. your nominated badged referee, &
2. a badged referee/player from within the team to fulfil referee duties
So you need to have 2 referees listed!
For both of these referees, GTA requires a name, valid email, contact number and if applicable the team they are playing for.
If your team does not have 2 different referees listed, your team will not be registered.
This form is also for junior teams year 4 and above.
