Culture Your Culture Certification
This program was created to develop a high standard for individual and organizational capability to design, implement, and sustain company culture as a valuable and essential business asset.
There are two parts, both with an emphasis on transformational learning:
• Foundational knowledge of corporate identity, culture, Design of Work Experience (DOWE), and related concepts. Content is delivered as a course or workshop, online or in person.
• Practical application of DOWE, the step-by-step “how to” for culture, in its entirety from beginning to end on a real-life/on the job business initiative. The outcome of this is captured via a white paper or case study with supporting materials.
