As a part of our reopening procedures, Alta High is implementing a 1:1 technology plan. This means that all students will be issued a school-owned Chromebook device, and it will be required that students bring this device to school each day. Doing this will allow for students to utilize a school device at home, as well as at school so that students are not sharing devices throughout the school day. This will be a tremendous aid in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and ensuring that all students have the technology they need to be successful should they need to stay home from school for an extended period of time.

Unfortunately, the latest batch of Chromebook devices we have purchased are on backorder and will not arrive for a few more months. We currently have enough devices to issue one to the majority of our student body, and we are hoping that others would be willing to bring their own device (laptop, tablet, etc.) until the remainder of them arrive.
