22-32.5-110.5 Neutral Third Parties

The Schools of Choice Unit at the Colorado Department of Education, as directed by recent legislation (Senate Bill 22-197), is charged with creating a list of individuals who can serve as neutral third-parties in instances where an innovation zone with alternative governance, a school within a zone, or a district are looking to resolve disagreements regarding the administration of an innovation plan.

We are looking for providers who would like to be added to a list, maintained by the Department, that schools, zones, and districts can refer to when needing to find a neutral third party to help resolve such disagreements.

If you would like to be added to this list, please complete the questions below. We will then follow-up to review the information and how the information would be added to the list. Thank you!
