Hawley Harvest Hoedown Scarecrow Costume Contest - Sunday Oct 1st - 2pm 

Contest is free and open to everyone including Individuals, Families, Businesses, Groups & Pets

All designs & costumes must be appropriate for all ages but can be Traditional or Thematic. Use your imagination but refrain from frightening, distasteful, or political statements. DHP reserves the rights to disqualify entries not appropriate for the family friendly event.

Please check in at Keystone Street by 1:30pm in front of the Ritz Theatre 

By filling out and submitting you agree to the following…

 ·       Costume is appropriate for all ages for the family friendly event.

·       The judges shall have the sole authority and discretion to select the winners.

·       DHP reserves the rights to disqualify entries

·       Minors (those under 18 years of age) must have permission from a legal guardian to participate.

·       By registering, all participants agree to the use of their images for promotional purposes, both photographs and video by the Downtown Hawley Partnership.

·       Each entrant shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Downtown Hawley Partnership harmless from any third-party claims arising from or related to that entrant's participation in the contest. In no event shall the Downtown Hawley Partnership be liable to an entrant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the contest or that entrant's participation in the contest.
