Your responsibilities for the booth will include:
- Helping to promote the pop-up store on your socials. Successful applicants will be invited to a private Discord server, where more information regarding the boothing process will be shared. In this server, you'll also be given access to event collateral that you are free to use on your own social media.
- Keeping track of your own inventory and submitting a complete list of quantities and prices to the moonmaker inc. team by Oct 10, 2021.
- Attending a 30min artist briefing on Oct 23, 2021 with the moonmaker inc. team, where we will provide you with a boothing template, as well as tips and guidelines for how your work can be displayed (e.g. without intruding into/obstructing the other artists' spaces). This briefing will take place online, on the moonmaker inc. Discord server!
- Being in charge of your own set-up (within the specified triangular table space), and being present on set-up day (Oct 31, 2021), and returning for tear-down after the end of the event.
Do note that:
- Boothers must be based in Singapore and must also be able to commit to being present on-site for at least one of the 8 business days (as specified above).
- In addition, we seek your understanding that a nominal fee of S$20 will be required to help us cover the overhead costs of renting the space.
- The communal table will be decorated in the theme of the moon and stars, with each boother being allotted an approximately triangular table space with each side ~75cm in length (please refer to this link for a graphical representation of the table space:

- Objects displayed in each boothing space are to be limited to a height of 30cm.
