PCE Performance/Vendor Application

Info for visual artists and vendors:
The venue opens at 7 pm, so you are to be at the location at 7 pm SHARP. We only have an hour to set up and we want to make sure everyone has enough time to prepare and get comfortable before the doors open at 8 pm! Failure to show up will result in you losing your table; refunds will not be provided. Price is $60 for vendors and artists. Price includes wall space and a table for artists, and a table and 2 chairs for vendors. Vendors and artists will have to provide their tablecloths. We will promote the event of course, but you are equally responsible for promoting the event as well. Tip jars will be provided. Info for performers:
The open mic segment is from 9pm - 11pm with a 30 minute intermission. Performers are to be at the location by no later than 8:30pm. Failure to show up will result in losing your performance slot(s); refunds will not be provided. Price is $10 for a 10 minute performance slot, and a maximum of 2 slots may be booked per performer. Performance slots can be consecutive or separate. We will promote the event of course, but you are equally responsible for promoting the event as well. Tip jars will be provided.
