First year ( Cost to Company )          – Rs.15237/- Per Month (Incl. all Statutory benefits like : PF, ESI, Uniform, Canteen, Bonus etc.) Plus (Rs.1500 Attendance Award)
Second year ( Cost to Company )    – Rs 15725/- Per Month Plus (Rs.1500 Attendance Award)
Third year ( Cost to Company )        – Rs 17211/- Per Month Plus (Rs.1500 Attendance Award)
Four year ( Cost to Company )        – Rs 18767/- Per Month Plus (Rs.1500 Attendance Award)
