Following the announcement from the Prime Minister yesterday, that schools will close to all but the children of Key Workers. If you think that you fall into the Key Worker Category and will need support with childcare please complete this form. At the time of sending this form a definitive list has not been given by the government, therefore, if you believe you are classed as a key worker but are not included in the categories below use the 'other' option.
