All forms must be filled out by the person or ministry making the request.  Requests must be turned in by the Monday of the desired announcement week.  Information for all announcements will be taken from this form.

We strive to do our best to communicate ministry opportunities to our church family.  But we want to make sure that the best possible channel of communication is utilized for each announcement.  The Droplet is exclusively for LRCC planned and staffed events and activities.  Please try to consider the 50% rule. Will this announcement affect at least 50% of the people in the room?  If not, we encourage you to consider other alternative announcement forms such as the Ripple, mail or email, our church-wide Facebook page, or our various Facebook groups.

One to two sentences describing the event and why you should attend.  This section should show what people will get out of this event or activity and what the primary goal or reason for the event would be. *
Scrolling Announcement graphics are created in house.  We strive to create our graphics with the correct dimensions for each location, an element of interest, legible font, and critical information without over-information.  Slides have 7 seconds to be read and we want to catch someone's attention and get them the information they need to consider attending or participating in the announcement.  If you have a link to a specific graphic, we will utilize it or elements from it in an effort to fit it into these criteria.
