Reporting Misconduct at Harvard Forest

This form allows you to anonymously report misconduct that you have experienced or witnessed at Harvard Forest. The responses to go Meg Fuchs, Director of Administration and Facilities, and Missy Holbrook, Faculty Director. If you make an anonymous report of something you've witnessed or been told, we will not be able to follow up with you directly about the outcome.

If your report involves a student or mentor in the summer program, your response will also be shared with Summer Program staff (Audrey Barker-Plotkin, Ben Goulet-Scott, and proctor(s)).
