BUSINESS LISTINGS: All businesses must have a business listing to advertise with the Fleurieu App. Business Listings are charged at $15 per week. Invoices will be sent monthly to your nominated email address. Minimum period of 6 months commitment.  After 6 months cancellations require 30 days notice.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES: We will provide our services in accordance with all applicable professional and legal obligations. We will act with all due care and skill, to provide quality assistance and support. Additionally, we undertake to respond promptly to requests for urgent assistance.
ACCOUNTS & PAYMENTS: Clients on service plans will be sent an invoice monthly for listing and agreed promotional activity. Payment is due in full prior 7 Days from Receipt. If you have agreed to a direct debit plan direct debits will be processed in the first week of every month. If payments become outstanding beyond 3 months you will be asked to set up an automatic GoCardless direct debit monthly plan which will activate as per the payment schedule originally intended to collect outstanding funds.
USE OF EXTERNAL RECORDS: In providing our services to you, we may rely on information provided to us by third parties. It is possible that some information provided by such sources may be inaccurate or incomplete. We are not responsible for any such errors or omissions.
CONFIDENTIALITY: We do not disclose any confidential information unless required and authorised by you as a client, or by law. TERMINATION: Clients will be required to provide a notice period of 30 Days to terminate their subscription.
