What kind of impairments do you experience with multiple sclerosis?
Functional limitations prior to PT: How was your ability for self care impacted before physical therapy?
What kind of mobility limitations did you have prior to physical therapy?
Did you have work or housekeeping limitations prior to physical therapy?
Functional limitations post-PT:  Post-physical therapy, did you see improvements with self care (hygiene, toileting, dressing, feeding)? Did you develop adaptations to help with self care tasks? Are there still limitations with self care?
