Sport Dreams
Thank you for visiting this survey!  This survey's intent is to gather sport related dreams (sleeping dreams) of Current and Former Athletes OF ANY SPORT and ANY LEVEL!. To fill out this survey you will need to be a Current or Former Athlete AND have at least ONE SPORT RELATED DREAM to share.

BACKGROUND: I became interested in sport related dreams because even though I am many years retired from my first career as a professional athlete I continue to have sport related dreams.  Sometimes I am playing, sometimes preparing to play, sometimes I am just in the sport environment, whatever the scenario the imagery, characters and themes from my sporting past are still active in my dreams and I want to find out if it is for others, how it shows up for them, and  if there are common themes among dreams.  

PLAN: My plan with this survey is to collect sport related dreams, look for common themes, interview willing participants, and write an informal paper on some of the findings.  No identifying information will be included in anything developed from the research.

The survey is 16 questions long, consisting of 6 basic demographic questions, and 10 questions about your sport related dream or dreams.

All information will be held in strict confidentiality and only shared with those assisting the research.
