Cancellation Policy 

In the event that you want to cancel your place on the retreat:

130 – 60 days prior to the retreat: Any payments made are refundable less the 10% of total amount 125€
60-30 days prior to the retreat: Any payments made are refundable less the 20% of total amount 250€
 Less than 30 days non refundable. All payments are non-refundable however you can transfer your spot to another person less the deposit.

In the unlikely event that Shanti Vida would need to cancel the retreat, full refunds will be given for any money paid to Shanti Vida up to the date of cancellation. No responsibility can be taken by Shanti Vida for travel booked or any other costs incurred by the participant.

In the unlikely event that this retreat is canceled due to forces outside of Shanti Vida’s control such as Epidemics, Pandemics, FCO travel Restrictions + Venue Failure no refunds will be available, it is your responsibility to have adequate travel insurance.

Photography Waiver

During the retreat there will be a photographer present. If you do not wish to be photographed please tick the box below and make yourself known to the photographer at the start of the retreat so that you’re not included in the images.

We will send the selected images to all guests to ensure everyone is comfortable with what has been selected before they are made available. You will then be allowed a copy of the professional images. These images are not to be used for the sale or marketing of any other products other than the promotion of the Shanti Vida INBREATH Breathwork Training. 

The signatory assigns to Shanti Vida (SV) NIF B67163303 that any marketing, educational or other materials suitable to be registered or to be considered as intellectual property *e.g. logos, production, images, choreographies meaning all content in connection with the Studio remains the property of SV and will be subject to the SV copyright. The guest accepts to assign any property rights thereof to SV. This excludes pre-existing methods that are previously owned and subject to that of the guest. By agreeing to the terms and conditions guests agree that they may feature in content used for SV promotions and may be personally visible to the public.
