Fab Care is a global Initiative that wants to support Fab Labs,  makerspaces, and hackerspaces worldwide to create personalized solutions for people with disabilities and improve their quality of life called also: careables.

The purpose of this survey is to understand who is already working in the field or who would be interested in getting involved. We are creating a working group where different labs and makers can collaborate and discuss topics around assistive technologies and organizing events around this topic.
