Please use this form to submit your nomination for the 2022-2023 award season. Please make sure you are filling in the correct section based on the category in which you are nominating.  

Using this form you can submit one nomination for one category, or you can submit nominations across multiple categories - however -  in order to submit multiple nominations for the SAME category, you will need to submit separate forms for each.  

All nominations, except for LP Team of the Year, Investigation, and Industry Association / Initiative must be made by a third party.  You cannot nominate yourself or your company / organization for an award in any other category.  (Someone else who knows how outstanding you are must submit a nomination!)

In order to validate your submission, in the event we have any questions about your nomination, and to ensure the integrity of the nomination process, please provide your contact details in the following section. Unfortunately, if you do not submit your contact details, your nomination will be eliminated from consideration.  Your name may be shared with the judges as part of your submission. Please note, however, that if your nomination is to be listed online, we will not post your name as the person making the nomination unless you agree for us to do so.
