The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program (CPSMP) is a seven week workshop for those living with chronic pain. It was developed by Stanford University and will covers topics including: techniques to deal with problems such as frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep.
Tuesdays, October 13 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. till November 17.
Thursdays, October 15 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. till November 19.
