I understand and agree that my participation in events or activities ("Event") organized, operated, conducted and/or sanctioned by Validere Technologies Inc. ("Validere") is conditional upon my execution of this document.

I agree and acknowledge that:

1. I will abide by any rules and regulations imposed on the participants in the Event.

2. I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and equipment at all times during my participation.

3. There are risks and hazards in the very nature of the Event and that as a result of these risks and hazards, I as a participant, may suffer personal injury, even death, as well as property loss. I nevertheless freely and voluntarily assume the aforementioned risk and hazards and accordingly my participation in the Event shall be entirely at my own risk.

4. I waive any claim I may have against Validere arising from my participation in the Event and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Validere for any claim, including any claim for medical services arising from my participation in the Event.

5. Validere may secure such medical advise and services as it, in its sole discretion, may deem necessary for my health and safety and I shall be financially responsible for such advice and services.

6. I will remove myself from participation in Event(s) if I sense or observe any unusual hazard or unsafe condition, or if, at any time, at any event or program, I feel unable or unfit to safely continue for any reason.

7. My executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns, waive and release any and all claims that I may have against Validere, its directors, staff, volunteers and agents for all injuries or death suffered by me while in transit to/from or participating in, including immediately prior to and immediately following to the particular Event.
