Appointment Request for the Sitka Campus
Only submit this form if you live in Sitka and need to schedule an appointment for a test proctoring at the UAS Sitka Campus testing center. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  All appointment requests need to go through an approval process; you will receive an email or phone call within one business day stating if your requested date/time has been approved.  If for some reason you don't get a response after one business day, please call 907-747-7717.

The Sitka Testing Center Hours are 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.
