Request for Courtesy Accommodations
Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies is committed to ensuring its facilities, programs and services are accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. Please submit this form to request academic and/or physical accommodations. 

We ask that requests are made by Monday, June 3rd. 
Students and their parents/legal guardians will receive confirmation via email that the requested courtesy accommodations have been approved and shared with program staff and  instructional teams prior to the programs start date. 

Students understand they are responsible for:
  • Working with program staff and course instructors to discuss the implementation of the accommodations as needed.
  • Adherence to the same standards: academic, technical, performance and behavior that Stanford is committed to ensuring equal access to its educational programs for students with disabilities as specified under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act of 2008.
