BASIC VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

ALL DATES (May - October)
 - Liability Insurance (All Vendors • No Exceptions)
-  Pop-Up Tent (10'x10')
- Tent Weights (Commercially Manufactured • 40lbs. per tent leg • 160lbs. total weight)

APPLICATION
 ***Applications received AFTER February 29th will be reviewed by the KFM, Inc. Board of Directors on a case by case basis.***

- 2/29/2024 - Application Deadline.
- 3/1 - 03/10/2024 - Vendor Selection Vote by the KFM, Inc. Board of Directors.
- 3/15/2024 - All applicants who applied by 2/29 will have received an email informing them of a decision.
(If accepted, an invoice will follow.)

FARMER & GROWER FEES
- $30 Vendor Fee per market- Individual Date ($180 • 6 Individual Dates)
- $150 Farmer/Grower - Full Season Early Bird Rate for full season (6 markets) if paid in full by 4/1/2024.

**If paying for markets individually, ALL Payments will be due by the Sunday PRIOR to the market.**

Cost for a single date for a Framer/Grower is $30.
Full Season (6 events) Early Bird Rate for Farmers/Growers is $150 ($25 per market) if paid by 4/1/2024.
Full Season (6 events) standard rate paid after 4/1/2024 for Farmers/Growers is $180
If paying for individual markets, all payments will be due the Sunday prior to the market date.
Invoices will be emailed to accepted vendors.
Payment secures your spot as a vendor.

If you are making a food product, you are required to hold a Farmers Market Food Handler  Permit issued by the Board of Health in the Town of Kingston. (Contact Kingston BOH for details) NEW FOR 2024: KINGSTON BOH REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE MONTH TO PROCESS ALL PERMIT APPLICATIONS *
I understand that if I require a Farmers Market Food Handler  Permit, I must submit my permit application and all documentation to the Board of Health in the Town of Kingston at least one month prior to my first market date. (Contact Kingston BOH for details) NEW FOR 2024: KINGSTON BOH REQUIRES ONE MONTH TO PROCESS ALL PERMIT APPLICATIONS *
If you plan to operate a grill or have propane on-site, you will have to contact the Kingston Fire Department for appropriate permitting. *
TENT WEIGHTS - I understand that I am required to bring my own 10' x 10' tent with 40lbs. of commercially manufactured weight PER LEG (160lbs of TOTAL WEIGHT). I understand that vendors who arrive without the requisite tent weights will not be permitted to participate in the market and will not receive a refund of vendor fee for that date.  Homemade weights are NOT allowed at this market. There will be no exceptions. *
