An anonymous survey of women athletes' opinions about transgender women in women's sports
Context:

Recent rulings in sports banning transgender women from competing in women's sporting fields.

Reason survey exists:

To give women a place to safely voice their thoughts and feelings without fear of social backlash.

["Women" henceforth in this survey should be interpreted to mean trans & cis women unless otherwise specified.  Just clarifying because clarity is good, even if overkill / redundant for many readers.]

It has been frequently expressed by at least some members of each diverse group that they fear what happens in their social circles, let alone in public forum, if their opinions are associated with their name and likeness.

Hearing all voices in these diverse groups, absent men, is valuable.  The irony is not lost on me, that I am a man who wrote this.  I invite feedback like "take your straight white cis man savior complex elsewhere plz & thx" in several of the questions at the end of the survey and I truly welcome such feedback.  I would also welcome feedback and your harshest criticisms which might enable me to improve this survey, or have it revised by someone more expert in the field, so that it may better serve the outcomes for all women, or the approach altogether, including "you missed the mark, this should not exist."  Please don't hold back.

Please feel free to share the link you used to access this survey or the one below, with all women.

Section 2 of the survey includes lots of questions about what community groups you are a part of and how you felt about the survey.  If you want to contribute most meaningfully, filling those questions out honestly will amplify the voice you have for your particular community or demographic.

Grateful for your input and your time.
What was your emotional response, seeing that this survey existed?
