Medical Treatment
Participants and parent(s) authorize RST staff and agents to provide medical care for participants using the camp nurse that they deem necessary for the participant's health. The parent(s) also RST staff to transport the participant to medical or dental facilities for treatment if necessary. Care will include a physician, hospitalization, surgery and medicine. In order to take part in an RST Holiday Camp, the participant must hold valid worldwide insurance

Personal Belongings
Participants are not expected to bring large sums of money to the tennis Camp, expensive devices or phones, etc. Best possible care will be taken, RST cannot be liable for the loss, theft, or destruction of any personal belongings.

Photo Release and Publicity
Participants and parent(s) authorize RST and agents to use photos, videos, and recordings which may include the participant for use commercially and through various media channels. Photos will not be accompanied by pupil names unless permission is sought from the parent(s). If you do not wish for your child's photo to be used then please email the Director of Camps.

We ask that parents do not share on social media photos from the camp that contain other children's face or that can identify other children. If the photo is of just your own child, or you have permission from the other child's parent then you may share on social media. This is for the safeguarding and protection of all children involved.

All tennis camp participants must abide by the rules set by RST staff and agents. Failure to do so may result in the participant being removed from camp. If it is deemed that a participant has neglectfully or purposely caused damage to equipment, the property of RST, or any building, parents will be charged the full cost of replacing the damaged item.

Removal from Camp
RST reserves the right to immediately remove any tennis camp member should they believe they are endangering themselves, their peers, RST staff, or RST without any refund. The participant will be removed from camp if they are found to be using illegal drugs, tobacco products, alcohol, sexual activity, theft, or any other activity which is deemed to be creating an unsafe environment for their peers. We will not accept any participant who has a criminal record or is in trouble with the police in their home country. Should this be found out during the camp the participant will be sent home immediately. Should it come to our attention that the participant cannot be picked up early, an extra charge will be charged to the parents for extra staff, accommodation, and transport to supervise that participant.

English Level
Please note that to join our camps your son/daughter must have a good level of English so they are able to understand safety instructions.

Payments and Refunds
The participant's place at camp is only secured once the full amount has been cleared into the camp’s bank account.
- Cancellation two weeks before the start of camp - 100% refund (minus the administration fee)
- Cancellation after two weeks before the start of camp - 50% refund (minus the administration fee)
- Cancellations once camp has started - no refund made

No refunds will be offered for partial participation in camp activities thought choice or late arrival.

Parents and participants are to cover any costs incurred due to early withdrawal or dismissal from the camp.

All activities are subject to change dependent upon weather conditions, and at the discretion of the Camp Director for the best interests of the campers.

Children must be 6-years old before the first day of camp in order to join.

All information must be disclosed about the participant, including personal details, medical history, and any relevant information that should be disclosed. RST will not be liable for actions resulting from failure to disclose and as such may result in the participants being withdrawn from camp at the parent's cost.

We take child safeguarding very seriously at RST Holiday Camps. With this in mind, we want parents to understand that we fully police check locally and internationally any member of staff who works on our campus. We have a very strict reporting policy during camp and take any allegations about staff or campers of such nature very seriously.

COVID-19
We will continue to monitor events moving forward and ensure a sensible approach is taken to safety at camp. Should there be another outbreak and camp is to be cancelled then you will receive a full refund on any payments made.
