Our educational partnerships are designed to support the use of the Constructive Visions Book in educational activities. The stories within the book centre a vision for a more sustainable, post-pandemic future. We hope that learners of all ages can connect with the themes of the book in ways which are most applicable to each individual and community, wherever learners may be based. For examples of some partner projects, please see our social media channels linked on our website.
Our first set of partnerships was formed with 30 organisations from around the world who really helped us find new ways of using and connecting with our stories. This second partnership round will focus on empowering small scale, local activities which make use of the materials we have created.
Who are we looking for?
- Formal and informal educational organisations
- Organisations working directly with students
- Organisations looking for storytelling materials for learners whose English language skill level is approximately US Grades 5-7.
- Creative ideas for activities which use our stories
What will be expected of partners?
- A clear outline of a proposed activity
- Gain inspiration from our stories and use them to help shape an activity with your learners
- Key learning outcomes of the activity which are aligned to the themes in the book
- A brief report on the outcome of your activity
- (optional) broader engagement in our wider educational network
- (optional) media assets and a blurb to share your work on our social media
What will partners get?
- A free educational resource and access to the storytellers and creators behind the project
- A supportive international network
- Up to $700 to fund a small activity as proposed in your application
- Opportunities to be featured on our social media channels and website
How does the process work?
- Fill in this form as soon as possible. The deadline is February 15th 2024. If you'd like to submit an application, but won't meet this deadline, please email Chloe - email below.
- Your application will be reviewed by the team - primarily we will assess the extent to which the themes of the Book and Project are being used in your proposed activity
- We aim to respond with a yes or no within one month of your application, but please submit as soon as possible so that any delays do not impact your ability to run the activity.
- If you are successful, we will ask you to sign an agreement before receiving the funds.
- Once the administration is complete, we will distribute the funds to you.
- We will also set a deadline to receive your final report.
