Liability Waiver: I/We agree to hold harmless and indemnify Momentum Church, it's employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors or any person connected with the Set Free Vendor Fair are not liable in any way for damages, injury, theft or loss to me, my organization or any persons or goods from any cause whatsoever. This includes claims due to use or consumption of my/our products or due to damage and/or theft of my/our merchandise, goods and wares kept on premises designated by persons mentioned above. This agreement refers to any/all damages including but not limited to damage by heat, water, sun, rain, wind, cold, and vandalism and the like. I/We agree that Momentum Church, it's employees, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors cannot be held responsible for any claims for damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with use of any vendor space. All claims, suits, actions, debts, costs, charges and expenses, or damages of any nature arising from any activities under this contract, including loss predicated on active or passive negligence of Momentum Church, it's employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors or any person connected with Momentum Church and the Set Free Vendor Fair. I/We understand exclusivity on products is not guaranteed. In the event the vendor fair is unable to be held as scheduled due to reasons beyond the control of Momentum Church, it's employees, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors or the event is interrupted in any way, I/We agree that no refunds will be made and that Momentum Church, it's employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors will not be held responsible. I/We understand and give my permission that my/our photo may be taken during the event or images of my/our business or products may be used on social media in the newspaper or in promotional materials. I/We have read and accept the terms of this application. *
