Welcome to the Youth Ministry registration form for the 2023 - 2024 year at St Patrick's Church Wildfield, Brampton! We are very excited to get to know and journey with your child this year!
Our mission is to love, walk with and empower your child to be a joyful and fearless disciple of Jesus Christ!
Please take a few minutes to complete this registration form. The program is open to all youth in grades 6-8 and grades 9-12 regardless of religious affiliation.
Our Youth Ministry Nights fall on either Friday or Saturday nights (not including holidays) in the Church hall. Information about the dates will be emailed, posted on our Instagram page, and shared on our website.
The program cost is $50 for the scholastic school year to help support the costs of running the program. The fee will be collected on the 2nd or 3rd youth night the youth attends. If you are unable to support the ministry with the $50 fee per child, please contact our Youth Ministry Communication Director Julia and/or our Coordinator Nikolas at youth.stpatricksbr@gmail.com.
