Hi everyone, this document was made in order to get your help and discuss some of your experiences being a female at TU Delft.

I previously talked about my own experience here, and how it affected my wellbeing and motivation(https://www.delta.tudelft.nl/article/dont-assume-girl-not-going-contribute) and I was given the opportunity to talk to Sander van den Oever(Head TA for projects in CSE Bachelor) and Lucas Van Vliet(Dean of EEMCS) about how to improve this in the future. In order to make use of this opportunity and potentially get something out of it, I would really appreciate it if you could give me some of your own opinions for both of those meetings. A personal paragraph about what you experienced here, would be great as well!!
