If promoting via social media and your Advising Community LISTSERV, we recommend submitting your request three weeks in advance of your preferred date (a week for us to confirm availability and set up Zoom and two remaining weeks for you to promote).

If you wish to promote the event via an official email from the NACADA Executive Office (EO) to your Advising Community and/or Region members, we recommend submitting your request AND your email text six weeks in advance of your preferred event date (a week to for us to confirm availability and get set up Zoom, three weeks for your email to be scheduled within the EO communications framework, and two remaining weeks for you to promote).

Please do NOT share event date/time information with your AC members until you receive a confirmation via a calendar event invitation from us with your Zoom registration link.
