This survey is to determine how many families wish to be included in the 2023 Townsend VFW Post and Auxiliary Christmas Eve Santa Claus Program.  Filling out the survey does not guarantee that we'll have enough Santa teams to visit your home, though we will certainly do our best.  If we should have more interested families than we have available Santa teams, families that have had Santa visits in past years will be given priority.  If your family is in this group, please be sure to provide accurate information below so we can validate your survey and give you priority status.

Those whose Townsend home can be visited on Christmas Eve 2023 will be advised that there will be a Santa available to visit them and the size and necessary preparation of the gift(s) and when and to whom to turn in the gifts.
