*You may cancel your order up to 24 hrs after receiving your order confirmation email and receive a full refund. No refund will be accommodated after that 24 hr window. Please no changes, postponements, or cancellations within 48 hrs of your pickup date.
*Your cake will be refrigerated before your pickup arrival. Keep cakes refrigerated up until 1 hr before the cake is to be served.
*After pickup and during transport, please keep cake cool and place flat on the passenger floor, not on the seat.
*My cakes have plastic/wooden rods inside them to ensure stability. Please be mindful when cutting/eating and do not smash face into cake. If a smash cake is desired, that can be made as an addition onto your order.
*Each tier of my cakes(single tiered cakes as well) have a board halfway up to ensure ease of cutting normal sized slices.
*Remove flowers before serving.
*I am no longer responsible for the cake once it is picked up or delivered.
*I will not make an exact copy of a cake someone else has made. If you do send an inspo pic of another cake, I will recreate it in my own way and style.
