Terms and Conditions: I (SpookyZap) hold the right to decline or suspend progress on a commission for any given reason. Commissions suspended on my own terms will be given a minimum of 50% of the total amount paid by you (the client). Otherwise, no refunds will be given after the initial concept sketch(es) has been approved.

Commissions by default are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand. Mass production or any sort of manufacturing of personal-use commissions is strictly prohibited, unless agreed upon beforehand. Any distribution of my artwork is prohibited, unless prior permission has been given.

For merchandise production, you agree to send me one (1) piece of every design made (1 of each pin design, 1 of each sticker design, etc). You also agree to ship them to me at your expense.

You are not to edit, trace, or modify my artwork*. You are not to claim or credit my artwork as your own.

*Slight modifications for manufacturing purposes is OK.

As I work a full-time day job and have other responsibilities outside of that, commission times may not be as quick as desired. Please understand that your commission may take a while to be completed. Communication will always be prompt and I will remain as transparent as possible throughout the entire process.
