I am interested in the following Executive Board Officer Positions for 2024-2025
President- responsible for leading the board to ensure that events are funded and supported.
Head of Treasury- work with Treasury team to monitor financial soundness by ensuring income and expenses align with the budget, prepare reports for meetings, prepare 1099s & audits
Secretary- take meeting minutes during Board Meetings and send out to members
Vice President - assist with coordination of committees

Head of Communications - Update band website and social media, assist with communication needs
Head of Operations- Work with the President and V. President to oversee events logistics.
Accounts Receivable Treasurer - sends invoices, collects and records payments received
Accounts Payable Treasurer - pays bills and reimbursements, records payments, receipts
