WHO AM I
Originally an internal security specialist with a degree in Criminology & Psychology, and a dancer, dance choreographer and dance teacher with over 20 years of experience, I changed my path during maternity leave when I felt the urge to create as a part of my healing. With zero experience in the visual arts, I started building my art practice, joined an art community of like-minded women artists and hired my first coach. Within three months, I founded my first global platform, Art Mums United, dedicated to providing opportunities to artist mothers who are often subject to bias from industry professionals and organizations. Having seen what coaching provided to myself, I trained as an art coach, and started coaching and mentoring artists from diverse backgrounds and different stages of their art careers. I have since created several digital courses, launched Women United ART MOVEMENT - a global platform providing opportunities to women artists, organized two international art prizes, launched a podcast, curated dozens of group and solo exhibits, launched a magazine etc.
