ENIGMA-Chronic Pain Data Query
ENIGMA-Chronic Pain is a new working group within the Enhancing NeuroImaging Genetics through Meta-Analyses (ENIGMA; https://enigma.ini.usc.edu/) Consortium. Our call for participation is open and we look forward to welcoming new partners! This 3-minute form is to gather basic information about available data from cohorts that are interested in participating in ENIGMA-Chronic Pain.

The ENIGMA-Chronic Pain Working Group aims to bring together chronic pain research groups in order to mutualize neuroimaging and genetic databases towards large-scale studies on brain structure, function, neurophysiology and molecular underpinnings of chronic pain, and identify brain regions and networks involved in the neurobiology of chronic pain and investigate how these relate to genomic background.

If you can contribute more than one dataset, please fill in a separate poll for each of them.

Coordinators: Yann Quidé and Sylvia Gustin, NeuroRecovery Research Hub, School of Psychology, UNSW Sydney, Australia; Centre for Pain IMPACT, Neuroscience Research Australia, Sydney, Australia.

Required

Sharing individual subject level data is NOT a requirement, but knowing if you can share them will help us determine the possibility of running pooled mega-analyses.

What type of de-identified data could you share? Please select all that apply.
