Over the last several years, Marshfield Youth Football and its Board of Directors has implemented a formal  selection process for our Board of Directors.   Each year, if there are any vacancies that open up, the league will   provide an opportunity for anyone to apply.  The remaining Board members determine the needs for the upcoming season.

The MYF Board of Directors is currently seeking to fill two roles for the 2024 Season:

- Assistant Game Day Coordinator (D1) - work alongside our Game Day Ops Manager to manage volunteers and all operations that require oversight on Game Day.  They include acting as the liaison to the Town Custodians, Officials, Weigh-In Reps and oversee the logistics to make game days run smoothly.

- Assistant Scheduler - work alongside our Fields Coordinator and Webmaster to schedule, update, add and/or  cancel practices using our Crossbar platform.

Board Members meet monthly and work as a team to manage all aspects of the league.

Any member or at-large member appointed by the President and serves on the Board of Directors by virtue of accepting an appointment  realize that they will gain access to information that is considered to be confidential. Such information related to league matters including but not limited to discipline, coaching reviews and selection, finances, submitted proposals, and criteria or decisions made with regard to the operation of Board.

Board members must exemplify leadership, be willing to work in a team environment and have the capacity to separate oneself from parent to board member and do what is best for the league as a whole.
