FitBuddies is a specialist child centered fitness program based in a new purpose built studio at CrossFit Berserk 5 Prince Regent Road Belfast. We offer 1:1 sessions for children with other abilities in a supportive environment, creating bespoke fitness programs to fulfil the individual needs of each Buddie.

Our aim is to provide a fitness programme that engages children with autism and other abilities to build a love of fitness while educating children to become healthier and stronger within a safe and relaxed environment. At Fit Buddies we aim to help all our buddies reach their full fitness potential in fitness while making some new friends along the way.
