Completion of this form does not register your child for the Stanly County Arts Council’s Summer Arts Camp.  A separate Registration Form must be completed for your child to attend Summer Arts Camp.  Registration fees will not be due until you receive notice regarding the status of this scholarship application.  You will be notified if your child is eligible for scholarship funding by June 13, 2022.
