As some of you will already know, every year we ask our volunteers to complete a survey. We really value and rely on your thoughts, suggestions and feedback and are grateful to
you for finding the time to answer the questions.
There are 9 questions and a text box to type your answers. The survey can be completed anonymously or you can add your name below. It should not take more than a few minutes to complete. Please be honest with your answers. You do not need to answer all the questions if they do not apply to you or you do not feel able to.
