MMEA All-State Ensemble Chaperone Application 2020
Please complete the following information in order to be considered for one of the ensemble chaperone positions. The 2020 festival dates are: Thursday, March 5; Friday, March 6; Saturday, March 7 (with hotel stays on Thursday and Friday nights).

All individuals selected will be notified on Friday, February 7th.
