Financial Wellness Coaching is a combination of math + mindset planning and action. We create awareness of the numbers and thoughts around money. We explore your values and dreams then create a custom action plan for you to achieve your goals in alignment with your values.
Your financial plan can include a monthly Spending Plan, a Debt Payoff Plan, a Financial Independence Plan or even a Legacy Wealth Giving Plan. Your plan will be as unique as you are. You'll learn the step necessary to achieve Financial Wellness which creates more ease in your work and home life.
We'll uncover and shift any limiting money beliefs you have preventing you from achieving your goals. Chances are you aren't even aware of your beliefs about money and how they are holding you back.
Liz has a variety of coaching programs available from one session to 12-month options. There is an option for everyone to gain Financial Wellness.
