Learn to be present and find fulfillment and connection in a connected world.
How can we live well with the technology around us, so that it serves us and our well being.
The webinar is for people that experience some difficulty connected to their habits of use of the technology - in their work, social networks, personal life, on our smartphones, etc.
The main idea of the course is that to live well with our connected technology, we need to develop compassionate awareness to our habits of use and the affect of those habits on our hearts and minds. With this kind of awareness comes understanding, and combined with a supportive enviorment of a group, teacher, and changed digital and physical environment we can release habits that don’t serve us and adopt new habits that do serve us to find a new balance in our relationship to our technology, and perhaps or our life at large.
