Please fill out this form to either renew your membership or apply for membership for the first time. Membership to The Gap State School Parents and Citizens’ Association is free but must be renewed each school year.

Membership will be formally lodged and endorsed at the AGM in April. Membership applications submitted after the AGM will require attendance and a proposal at a General Meeting. Memberships need to be completed individually to ensure we capture the membership information as accurately as possible.
