This is a way to register your interest in exhibiting at ORFC 2022. Unfortunately, as spaces are limited, we cannot guarantee all potential exhibitors a place. Please complete the longer form which will be sent after you add your details.

Please note you need to book ALL the delegate tickets for the people who will staff your exhibition. Tickets for your exhibitors to staff the exhibition are extra at £95 per person for two days. (Please note exhibitors will still be able to book tickets separately from general ticket sales.)

A 6ft table in the Main Hall is normally £550 for the two day event, not including any tickets. Tickets for your exhibitors to staff the exhibition are extra at £95 per person for two days.

A 4ft table in the Main Hall is normally £500 for the two day event, not including any tickets. Tickets for your exhibitors to staff the exhibition are extra at £95 per person for two days.

A 6ft table in the St Aldates Church exhibition space is normally £450 for the two day event, not including any tickets. Tickets for your exhibitors to staff the exhibition are extra at £95 per person for two days.
