Company internship submissions open until November 22nd at Midnight.
This is for the Spring 2024 Semester (Internship runs early January-May)
Kick Off Meeting: December 1st (12:00-1:30pm) (On Campus @ University of Minnesota)
Companies are expected to attend the Kick-Off event where they will give a short 1-2 minute description of the company and the role to all of the accepted applicants. Here they will also have time to network and connect with interested students. Following this kick-off, students submit their top 5 company preferences, and I do my best to pair them with the company the best fits their interest and background.
*Hint for best placement: create a detailed and robust job description and company description! Students want to be a part of an entrepreneurial team, and to feel that they are making a difference.*
Match Announcement:
Your matches will be emailed to you on December 8th. While you are not allowed to choose your intern placement outright, if you connect with a student at the kick-off that you would like to be paired with, and you express this to me, and they have your company listed in their top 5, you will have a greater chance of being paired.
