Are you already a Quantu Project volunteer, or a prospective volunteer interested in the latest research, lifestyle suggestions and practice relevant to cognitive health?
We'd love for you to join us at the second Quantu Project Workshop starting at 10 am Oct 26th.
Our guest speakers are sleep expert and clinician Dr. Avie Grunspan from the Texas Pediatrics Specialities & Family Sleep Center and Dr. Tracy Cowden, the Chair of the Department of Music at UTSA, a gifted pianist and the Roland K. Blumberg Endowed Professor in Music who studies how music affects the brain. Tracy and Avie will present recent research on how music can improve brain health and how sleep affects cognition.
